The TempU S3 365 Days disposable temperature data logger is the ideal solution for the seamless monitoring of temperature-sensitive products during storage and transportation, whether in the food industry, pharmaceutical industry, or international air freight. With an integrated USB interface, the logger automatically generates a tamper-proof PDF report after the end of the deployment, without the need for additional software. The compact and lightweight temperature data logger is immediately ready for use and records temperatures over a period of up to 365 days at the preset 10-minute interval. The TempU S3 365 Days enables you to see at a glance whether the temperature requirements were met during transport or in cold storage rooms. The stored data (up to 68,000 measurement points) are securely documented. The unique serial number and the removable barcode sticker serve for easy traceability and prevent transmission errors.

The TempU S3 365 Days single-use data logger is ideal for one-time transport without return due to its disposable design. The logger is IATA compliant and can be used in air freight without requiring hazardous materials labeling. Additionally, the data logger meets the EN12830 standard for use in the food industry, such as for monitoring frozen goods.

Activation and use of TempU S3 365 Days Temperature Logger:

⚠ The single-use data logger is contained in a waterproof and airtight PP bag that should not be opened! ⚠

To start the logger, press the START button for 3 seconds. As soon as the OK light flashes, the data logger has been activated. The OK light flashes green about every 10 seconds. If the data logger records an alarm value, the ALARM light will turn into red. The regular blinking of the LED lights indicates that the logger is active and recording data.

After the logger has been successfully activated, it can be attached to the shipment. Since the loggers are very light and small, the TempU S3 365 Days can be attached to almost any packaging. The data logger can also be securely attached with the adhesive point on the back of the PP bag. The round opening on the top of the plastic bag also allows for additional fastening by tying, hanging, etc.

For additional identification, blue-green shipping bags are provided, which are clearly visible on the outside of a package or pallet, attached to the data logger. Important information such as the logger's serial number can be stored on the shipping envelope. 

Once the goods have arrived at their destination, the data logger is removed from the shipment. The measured data is read out via the USB interface on the PC. The protective cover must be removed for this. As soon as the data logger has successfully connected to the PC, the OK and ALARM lights will blink alternately. When only the OK light is illuminated in green, the data report has been generated and can be accessed in PDF and CSV format.

The data logger automatically stops data recording when the data storage is full. The data logger can be manually stopped by pressing the STOP button for approximately 3 seconds. If the stop was successful, the ALARM light will flash for 3 seconds.
