Integrated locking system – No separate padlock necessary!

The patented and VdS-certified HLS container lock system is made of stainless V2A steel (AISI 304 / 1.4301) and reliably secures your containers on land and at sea. Whether on the trailer, the railway wagon, on the container ship or on the construction site, our solid, weather-resistant steel locking system offers optimal protection against breakage and theft with the turntable locking system and the cap. In addition, you have an increased potential for savings in insurance premiums thanks to the VdS certification.

You can flexibly mount the container lock HLS on any container. No mounting holes are required on the container, you can easily and quickly attach the lock to the rotary bars. Due to the innovative, integrated locking system, no separate padlock is required.

The container lock HLS is available in the keyed different and keyed alike version. In both locking variants 3 keys are included. Do you need more keys? Then please contact us directly and we will produce extra keys for you.

Care instructions for the HLS container lock

Teflon adhesive blocks the locking mechanism! Use brake cleaner to clean the lock. Then, apply a few drops of light oil into the keyhole and turn the key back and forth several times.
Suitable types of oil include sewing machine oil, gun oil, and thin synthetic motor oil.
