Container Lock Box IR-20 for maximum security

The Container Lock Box IR-20 is specifically designed to withstand violent attempts to break into containers. The inner locking system of this container lock is completely hidden so that a potential thief won't find any starting points to crack it with a bolt cutter. The locking mechanism of the Container Lock box IR-20 makes it nearly impossible to break.

The lock cylinder consists of nine cylindrical disks, which makes the lock particularly resistant to attack. The Container Lock Box IR-20 can be mounted tool-free and is therefore always reusable. The lockbox is available in keyed different and keyed alike.

NOTE: The IR-20 does NOT fit smaller Travel and Cargo Trailers (CTL-10), Standard Tractor Trailers with Swing Doors (TL-10), and Utility Brand Trailers (UTL-10). Installation and Removal

MAINTENANCE: One spray of Slick 50 One Lube every 90 days or when needed. WD40 is NOT recommended and will have an adverse effect on your lock.

Installation of the lock:

1. Make sure the container / trailer door locking system is properly closed.
2. Place the lock firmly over the door bar hinge.
3. Push the lock bar inside to secure it.

Removal of the lock:

Insert the key into the lock cylinder and turn it about 3/4 of a turn clockwise. The lock cylinder opens and the lock bolt pops out and unlocks the lock.
