TiltWatch Plus tilt indicator – tamper-proof tilt monitoring for your shipments
The TiltWatch Plus Tilt Indicator is an indispensable and cost-effective tool for the safe transportation of sensitive and valuable products. It detects and documents unusual tilts and tilts during transportation to instantly detect transportation damage. The use of transportation indicators such as the TiltWatch Plus offers numerous benefits. Each TiltWatch Plus tilting indicator is equipped with an individual serial number, making tampering impossible. The serial number is additionally available as a scannable barcode 128 to avoid transmission errors due to write-off.
Once an inclination angle of more than 40° is reached, the integrated beads roll from compartment to compartment and stay there. This is done when tilting from left to right. The 180° display panel also indicates whether the shipment has been turned upside down.
Activation and application instructions for the TiltWatch Plus tilt indicator
The TiltWatch Plus tilting indicator has a self-adhesive backside and can be screwed or secured with staples. The indicator is activated by peeling off the protective/adhesive film. Since the measurement is one-axis, two pieces of the TiltWatch Plus indicator must be mounted offset by 90° for two-axis tilting monitoring.
For the best safety effect, we recommend using the warning stickers to mark the monitoring.
