Technical details for standard material:

• Carrier material: 23-micron PET (polyethylene terephthalate)
• Adhesive: Rubber-based hot melt adhesive
• Application temperature: 5 – 45 ℃
• Storage temperature: 10 – 30 ℃ (avoid high humidity)
• Shelf life before sealing: 12 months from the date of shipment if stored as recommended

Other materials that can withstand extreme environmental conditions between -90 °C to +90 °C are also available upon request.

We can also produce OmniProtect as a sustainable version made from certified compostable cellulose film. This provides you with an eco-friendly paper-based security tape that offers the same features as the standard plastic-based OmniProtect.

Discover OmniProtect, a customizable security tape that combines the highest level of tamper protection with economic efficiency. Due to its optimized use of materials, the OmniProtect offers the same reliable safety as conventional safety straps, but with less material consumption and therefore at a particularly attractive price.

The customizable security tape OmniProtect was developed to reliably protect packaging from unauthorized access and tampering. When the tape is removed, a clearly visible residue text or logo appears on the package, making any tampering immediately apparent. This safety message can be customized. From simple texts to logos and multilingual notices to graphic patterns.

OmniProtect can also be visually tailored to your specific needs. Both the width and length of the rolls can be chosen flexibly, and the surface printing offers space for your company logo or brand name. Serial numbers, as well as QR and bar codes, will also be available starting in 2026. The printing on the substrate, which becomes visible when the film is removed, can already be provided with custom text and will also be supplemented with barcodes and numbers in the future.

The print repeat is achievable at intervals of 4, 6 or a maximum of 12 inches. The color selection is based on the standard color chart, special colors are available upon request. Up to three printing inks can be combined. Optional, as a single-color base film with single- or two-color imprint.

The minimum order quantity for the standard size with a width of 50 mm and a roll length of 50 m, suitable for standard parcel tape dispensers, is 252 rolls. For other widths or roll lengths, the corresponding minimum quantities apply. For test orders or smaller quantities, we also offer customized solutions upon request. These are available at an additional cost and will be arranged individually. Before production begins, you will receive a digital softproof for print preview. Once the soft proof has been approved, we will immediately start manufacturing your personalized OmniProtect tamper-evident tape.
